摘要

蓄热室焚烧炉包括燃烧室、蓄热小室和提升阀等.提升阀的密封性是影响设备连续稳定运行的关键因素.针对大尺寸提升阀进行优化设计,通过对阀板和定心装置的设计改进,使得提升阀的平整度及密封性得到改进.优化后的阀板具有密封效果好、易于加工装配率高、结构稳定、使用寿命长等优点.定心装置优化设计提高了阀杆与阀座的同轴率,且装配率高,易于更换,为提升阀的密封性提供保障.

Abstract

The Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer furnace consists of a combustion chamber,heat storage cells,and lift valves,among other components.The sealing performance of the lift valves is a critical factor affecting the continuous and stable operation of the equipment.This paper focuses on the optimization design of large-sized lift valves by improving the design of the valve plate and centering device,which enhances the flatness and sealing performance of the lift valves.The optimized valve plate boasts advantages such as superior sealing,ease of machining with high assembly rates,structural stability,and extended service life.The refined design of the centering device increases the coaxiality rate between the valve stem and seat,offers high assembly rates,facilitates easy replacement,and ensures the sealing integrity of the lift valves.
