摘要

化工生产中,控制室作为重要的辅助功能区域,在控制生产过程中发挥着重要作用.由于化工生产过程中易燃易爆物质较多,一旦发生事故,容易造成严重的人员伤亡和财产损失.因此,在实际生产过程中,应加强对控制室的管理工作,以保证其正常运行.但是,由于一些企业在建设过程中,没有考虑到控制室的重要性.导致控制室功能不齐全、装修粗糙等问题的出现.对控制室暖通空调设计存在的问题进行了分析和总结,并提出了一些改进措施和方法,希望能够为提高化工控制室暖通空调设计水平提供一些参考.

Abstract

Chemical production,the control room,as an important auxiliary function area,plays an important role in the control of the production process.Due to the large number of flammable and explosive substances in the chemical production process,once an accident occurs,it is easy to cause serious casualties and property losses.Therefore,in the actual production process,the management of the control room should be strengthened to ensure its normal operation.However,due to the fact that some enterprises do not take into account the importance of the control room during the construction process,it leads to the emergence of problems such as incomplete functions and rough decoration of the control room.This paper analyzes and summarizes the existing problems in the HVAC design of the control room,and puts forward some improvement measures and methods,hoping to provide some references for improving the design level of HVAC in the chemical control room.
