Finite Element Stress Analysis of Regenerated Gas Condenser with Non-Circular Tube Layout Area
The tube layout area of regeneration gas condenser is non circular,which is inconsistent with the axisymmetric mechanical model used in heat exchanger design method UHX of ASME Ⅷ-1.Check is done using finite element method.The analysis results indicate that the stress distributions on tubesheet and tube bundle are not uniform,but it can still meet strength requirements.
