加油站油气回收测试仪实验室自校准方法的探讨

针对加油站油气回收测试仪的实验室自校准问题,提出了一种以加油站油气回收测试仪的压力示值误差、流量示值误差、流量重复性、计时误差等数据为基础进行校准的方法。通过对比国内3种型号检测仪的实验结果,提出了加油站油气回收测试仪自校准的计量特性,并进行了不确定度评定,验证了校准方法的有效性。经实验验证,该方法可以用作加油站油气回收测试仪实验室的自校准方法。
Discussion on Laboratory Self-Calibration Method of Oil Vapor Recovery Tester in Gas Station
Aiming at the problem of laboratory self-calibration of gas vapor recovery tester in gas station,a new method of calibration is proposed based on the pressure indication error,flow indication error,flow repeatability,timing error and other data of gas vapor recovery tester in gas station.By comparing the experimental results of three domestic types of detectors,the measurement characteristics of the self-calibration of the gas vapor recovery tester in gas stations are proposed,and the uncertainty evaluation is carried out to verify the validity of the calibration method.Experimentally verified,the method can be used as a self-calibration method for gas vapor recovery tester laboratory in gas station.
