摘要
双重预防机制建设的重点就是做好风险分级和隐患排查工作,怎样避免两项工作各自为政,出现两层皮问题,一直是各化工企业不断探索的课题.文章对利用信息化手段建设双重预防机制系统进行了分析与阐述,旨在构建"工业互联网+危化安全生产"智能炼厂,促进化工企业数字化转型工作,对于企业在安全管理信息化建设方面有着积极的指导作用.
Abstract
The key to the construction of a dual prevention mechanism is to do a good job in risk classification and hidden danger investigation.How to avoid two separate tasks and the emergence of two-layer problems has always been a topic of continuous exploration by various chemical enterprises.This paper analyzes and expounds the construction of a dual prevention mechanism system by means of informatization,aiming at building an intelligent refinery of"industrial Internet plus+safe production of hazardous chemicals",promoting the digital transformation of chemical enterprises,and playing a positive role in guiding the construction of safety management informatization for enterprises.
