摘要
原油仓储罐区是重大危险源,为提升安全生产管理水平,运用自动化控制生产、通过信息化手段保障安全、提高效率是大势所趋.文章以笔者所在单位开发的软件管理平台为例,结合实践中的改进和体会,浅议原油仓储罐区的软件管理平台应该如何建设和应用.
Abstract
Crude oil storage tank farm is a major source of danger.In order to improve the level of safety production management,it is a general trend to use automation to control production,ensure safety and improve efficiency through information means.Taking the software management platform developed by the author's company as an example,this article discusses how to construct and apply the software management platform of crude oil storage tank farm combined with the improvement and experience in practice.
