摘要

含氟废水生成的沉淀污泥中主要成分是氟化钙,目前该沉淀以泥的形式排出系统外运处置,而在炼钢企业,日常使用的助熔剂"萤石",其主要成分为氟化钙,为满足炼钢回用要求,使污泥中氟化钙的含量达到一定的标准,同时使含氟废水污泥得以资源化利用,通过改造原有系统,在保证废水达标排放的前提下,得到符合资源化回收利用的氟化钙沉淀物.

Abstract

The main component of precipitated sludge generated from fluorinated wastewater is calcium fluoride.Currently,the sediment is discharged into the system in the form of mud and transported for disposal.In steel making enterprises,the main component of the daily used flux"fluorite"is calcium fluoride.Therefore,in order to promote the resource utilization of fluoride containing wastewater sludge,the content of calcium fluoride in sludge must reach a certain steel-making reuse standard to meet the requirements of steel-making reuse.Therefore,through the transformation of the original system,on the premise of ensuring the up-to-standard discharge of wastewater,calcium fluoride precipitates that meet the requirements of resource recovery and utilization are obtained.
