摘要
通过结合大量的文献资料,阐述了石化企业挥发性有机物及废气综合治理的研究发展现状,分析废气处理技术方案的性能优缺点,结合东营某石化企业挥发性有机物治理中存在的难点,制定合适的收集、治理工艺技术路线.实现废气达标排放,减少石化企业的污染物排放量,同时达到安全可靠、经济合理和低成本运行.
Abstract
Based on a large number of literature,this paper describes the research and development status of the comprehensive treatment of volatile organic compounds and waste gas in petrochemical enterprises,analyzes the performance and advantages of waste gas treatment technology programs,and combines the difficulties in the treatment of volatile organic compounds in a petrochemical enterprise in Dongying to develop a suitable collection and treatment process and technical route.Achieve exhaust gas emission standards,reduce pollutant emissions of petrochemical enterprises,and achieve safe,reliable,economically reasonable and low-cost operation.
