摘要
以某绝缘纸厂为案例,深入分析了其脱墨及造纸废水的处理方案,通过采用生物降解、混凝和沉淀等技术,以EGSB和SBR反应器为核心工艺对污水进行处理.此外,还探讨了资源回收的可能性,从而实现生产过程的可持续发展.这不仅有助于造纸厂解决当前的环境问题,同时为类似行业提供了参考和启示.
Abstract
This article takes a insulation paper factory as a case study and conducts an in-depth analysis of its deinking and papermaking wastewater treatment solutions.By employing technologies such as biodegradation,coagulation,and precipitation,the waste water is treated using EGSB and SBR reactors as the core processes.Additionally,the possibility of resource recovery is explored,aiming to achieve sustainable development in the production process.This not only helps the insulation paper factory address current environmental issues but also provides references and insights for similar industries.
