A2O-MBR是处理生活污水的一种经济有效工艺,一体化污水处理设备适用于中小水量的分散式污水处理。某核化工乏燃料后处理站污水站采用A2O-MBR工艺的一体化污水处理设备进行设计,出水达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A排放标准,并满足《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T 18920-2020)中道路清扫和城市绿化指标的要求,吨水运行电费1。10元,药剂费不含碳源时0。91元,含碳源时1。43元。同时,污水处理站采用三维正向设计,保证设计正确率,缩短设计和施工期。
Design and Application of A2O-MBR Sewage Treatment Station in Nuclear Chemical Irradiated Fuel Reprocessing Plant
A2O-MBR is an economical and effective process for the treatment of domestic sewage.The integrated sewage treatment equipment is suitable for the distributed sewage treatment of small and medium water quantity.The sewage treatment station of a nuclear chemical irradiated fuel reprocessing plant adopts the integrated sewage treatment equipment of A2O-MBR process to design,and the effluent meets the standard A of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002),and at the same time,it meets the requirements of road cleaning and urban greening indicators in The Reuse of Urban Recycling Water-Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Use(GB/T 18920-2020).The electricity charge for engineering operation is 1.10 yuan/t,and the chemicals charge is 0.91 yuan/t without carbon source,and 1.43 yuan with carbon source.Meanwhile,the system layout design adopts 3D forward design to ensure the design accuracy and shorten the design and construction period.
