Application of Carbon-Apatite in the Depth De-Fluorination of Mine Water
Based on the existing treatment process of"potassium permanganate pre-oxidation+mechanical coagulation+labyrinth inclined pipe precipitation","acid adjustment+high-speed shallow sand filter+carbon-apatite"was selected as the depth de-fluorination process for high fluoride mine water in a coal mine.Meanwhile, fluoride ions in high-fluorine regeneration waste water were solidified by adding calcium chloride.Besides, fluoride ions were converted from liquid phase to solid phase by"coagulation+precipitation+pressure filtration"and completely removed from mine water. The design parameters and commissioning experience for the application of carbon-apatite in the treatment of high fluoride mine water were detailed and summarized, which could be used as references and guidance for the treatment of high fluoride mine water.
