生物基多官能团改性环氧树脂防腐涂层材料的制备与性能研究

以生物基厚朴酚为原料,合成了含有四官能团的环氧树脂,并将其以不同比例添加到双酚A型环氧树脂中,旨在提高涂层的交联密度,从而改善涂层的耐温性能和耐腐蚀性能。通过对添加不同比例生物基厚朴酚合成的四官能团环氧树脂进行力学性能测试、热力学性能测试(DSC、TGA)以及电化学性能测试(EIS),确定最佳添加量,发现添加20%生物基厚朴酚合成的四官能团环氧树脂能够达到最佳效果。实验结果表明,当生物基厚朴酚环氧树脂引入20%时,涂层的玻璃化转变温度提升到了 162。4 ℃。通过EIS测试,在3。5%NaCl溶液中浸泡24 h后的阻抗模值仍保持在2。19×1011 Ω·cm2,对于纯双酚A型环氧树脂固化涂层有明显提升。
Preparation and Performance Study of Bio-based Multi-functional Modified Epoxy Resin Anticorrosive Coating Materials
Utilized bio-based guaiacol as a raw material to synthesize tetrafunctional epoxy resins,which were then added to bisphenol A epoxy resin in different proportions with the aim of increasing the crosslink density of the coatings,thereby improving their temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.Through mechanical property testing,thermal property testing(DSC,TGA),and electrochemical property testing(EIS)of the tetrafunctional epoxy resins synthesized with varying proportions of bio-based guaiacol,the optimal addition amount was determined.It was found that adding 20%tetrafunctional epoxy resin synthesized with bio-based guaiacol yielded the best results.Experimental results showed that when 20%bio-based guaiacol epoxy resin was introduced,the glass transition temperature of the coating increased to 162.4 ℃.EIS testing indicated that after immersion in 3.5%NaCl solution for 24 hours,the impedance modulus remained at 2.19×1011 Ω·cm2,showing a significant improvement compared to pure bisphenol A epoxy resin cured coatings.
