Optimization of Preparation Method of High-grain Straw Activated Carbon Based on Response Surface Methodology
Activated carbon is a kind of solid material with high adsorption performance, which has broad application prospects in environmental protection, resource recycling and other aspects.Highland barley straw is the main part of crop straw resources in plateau areas, and its renewability and environmental friendliness make it have huge application potential in the field of wastewater treatment. The preparation of activated carbon from highland barley straw is a cheap and easy-to-operate method. In this paper, the highland barley straw activated carbon with high adsorption performance was prepared by chemical activation method using highland barley straw as raw material in Gannan area by response surface methodology. The effects of activation temperature, activation time and material ratio on the adsorption performance were discussed. The results show that the optimal preparation conditions are activation temperature 600 ℃,activation time 60 min and material ratio 1∶3.
