近年来,传统PBT装置因受外部环境影响,竞争愈发激烈,经营困难,本文通过分析PBT装置现状,利用现有四氢呋喃回收装置,通过试验,探讨PBT生产中1,4-丁二醇液相合成四氢呋喃的可行性;优化工艺,通过技术改造实现工业化生产,变废为宝,提高了装置的利用率,提升了产品的附加值,实现了较好的经济效益。
Research on Liquid Phase Synthesis of Tetrahydrofuran from 1,4-butanediol in the Production of Polybutylene Terephthalate
In recent years,traditional PBT devices face increasingly fierce competition and operational difficulties due to external environmental influences.This article analyzes the current situation of the PBT device,uses the existing tetrahydrofuran recovery device,and through experiments,explores the feasibility of liquid-phase synthesis of tetrahydrofuran from 1,4-butanediol in PBT production.The process is optimized,and industrial production is achieved through technological transformation,turning waste into treasure,improving the utilization rate of the device,enhancing the added value of the product,and achieving good economic benefits.
