摘要

以白云鄂博黑云母精矿为主要原料,通过焙烧、水热浸取,富集铁、铝组分,剩余组分可作缓释肥原料.确认优化焙烧条件为:碱矿比0.8,反应温度900 ℃;最佳浸取条件为:水热温度为250℃下水浸,Fe、Al组分的浸出率分别达到98.5%和94.1%.最终通过X射线粉晶衍射、ICP-AES、扫描电子显微镜分析确认:焙烧产物的主要固相为硅酸钾镁、硅铁钠钾石以及碳酸钾;浸取产物的主要固相为氢化钠镁、金云母、羟硅钙石.

Abstract

With biotite concentrate produced in Bayan Obo as the main raw material,through roasting,hydrothermal leaching and enriching iron and aluminum components,the remaining components can be used as slow-release fertilizer.It is confirmed that the optimized roasting conditions are alkali ore ratio 0.8,reaction temperature 900 ℃;the best extraction condition is water thermal temperature is 250 ℃,and the leaching rate of Fe and Al components reaches 98.5%and 94.1%respectively.According to X-ray powder diffraction,ICP-AES,the main solid phase of roasting products are potassium silicate,sodium silica and potassium carbonate,and the main solid phase of extraction products is sodium magnesium hydroxide,phlogopite and hydroxysilica.
