With biotite concentrate produced in Bayan Obo as the main raw material,through roasting,hydrothermal leaching and enriching iron and aluminum components,the remaining components can be used as slow-release fertilizer.It is confirmed that the optimized roasting conditions are alkali ore ratio 0.8,reaction temperature 900 ℃;the best extraction condition is water thermal temperature is 250 ℃,and the leaching rate of Fe and Al components reaches 98.5％and 94.1％respectively.According to X-ray powder diffraction,ICP-AES,the main solid phase of roasting products are potassium silicate,sodium silica and potassium carbonate,and the main solid phase of extraction products is sodium magnesium hydroxide,phlogopite and hydroxysilica.
