Research and Application of Mixed Molecular Sieve to Remove Thioether from Oilfield Associated Gas
A dewatering desulfurization method of 4A molecular sieve mixed with 13X modified molecular sieve was proposed for oil field associated gas containing saturated water and trace organic sulfur such as carbonyl sulfur and thioether.Combined with the field production conditions,the adsorption and regeneration energy of main organic sulfur components on the molecular sieve were calculated by using engineering simulation software,and the key parameters such as regeneration gas volume,regeneration pressure and regeneration temperature were determined.The adsorption and regeneration cycle of the desulfurization molecular sieve was realized,and the purpose of desulfurization was achieved under the condition of ensuring the dehydration effect.
