化工管道低温法兰密封技术研究进展

利用更加低温的氮氦气可以将LNG船上产生的BOG再次冷却成LNG,低温流动气体的密封一直以来是较大的问题。依托于再液化项目,本文主要分析了影响管道中法兰密封效果的因素,对低温情况下法兰垫片的选用、密封办法的改进进行调试与探讨,发现在增加低温补偿碟簧的基础上,优化螺栓预紧力后,低温法兰泄漏率大大降低,旨在为船舶上低温流体密封提供一定的指导作用。
Research Progress on Low-temperature Flange Sealing Technology for Chemical Pipelines
The use of colder nitrogen and helium gas can cool the BOG generated on LNG ships back into LNG,and the sealing of low-temperature flowing gas has always been a major problem.Based on the reliquefaction project,this article mainly analyzes the factors that affect the sealing effect of flanges in pipelines,and debugs and discusses the selection of flange gaskets and improvement of sealing methods under low temperature conditions.It is found that the leakage rate of low-temperature flanges is greatly reduced by adding low-temperature compensation disc springs and optimizing bolt pretightening force.This review aims to provide some guidance for low-temperature fluid sealing on ships.
