Progress in Synthesis and Its Protective Coating Materials of Organopolysilazane
As a new type of coating material,organopolysilazane can be transformed into ceramic coating through modification and process,and can also be used directly as an organic resin to achieve anti-corrosion function with the advantages of high hardness,high weathering resistance,high-temperature resistance,high adhesion,and other advantages.It has gradually become a hot spot for research in recent years.This paper briefly reviews the synthesis of organopolysilazane resin and its application in the protective coating field.The progress and present situation of polysilazane coating in metal corrosion protection,surface hydrophobicity and extraordinary high-temperature resistance at home and abroad were briefly described.Because of the existing problems,the development direction of this kind of material is pointed out.
