采用反向高效液相色谱法,使用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂的WondaSil C18 Superb柱子和可变波长紫外检测器,以V(乙腈)∶V[磷酸水(pH值=3)溶液]=40∶60为流动相,在波长λ=255 nm条件下,建立了 4-甲基磺酰基-2,3-二甲基溴苯液相色谱分析方法,结果表明:该方法下的线性相关系数为0.999 7,中间体在196.9~1 378 µg/mL范围内线性关系良好,标准偏差为0.12,变异系数为0.12%,回收率99.46%,可以满足4-甲基磺酰基-2,3-二甲基溴苯的定性和定量分析,结果呈现性好.

4-methylsulfonyl-2,3-dimethylbromobenzene was established by reverse high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)with V(acetonitrile)∶V[phosphoric acid water(pH value=3)solution]=40∶60 as mobile phase and wavelengthλ=255 nm using an eighteen-alkyl silane-bonded silica gel as filler and a tunable wavelength UV detector.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient under the method was 0.999 7,and the intermediates had a good linear relationship in the range of 196.9~1 378 µg/mL,with a standard deviation of 0.12,a coefficient of variation of 0.12%,and a recovery rate of 99.46%,which could meet the qualitative and quantitative analysis of 4-methylsulfonyl-2,3-dimethylbromobenzene,and the results were presentable.
