气相色谱质谱法测定复合碳源中甲醇和乙醇的方法探究

采用气相色谱质谱联用法,对污水及废水处理用复合碳源中甲醇和乙醇进行检测,建立了一种快速高效的检测方法,在15~160 mg/L线性范围内线性系数大于0.999,加标回收率在95.2%~98.8%,重复测定相对标准偏差小于2%,该方法能够准确检测出复合碳源中甲醇和乙醇的质量分数,为复合碳源的品质评价提供数据支持,为安全生产提供保证.
Determination of Methanol and Ethanol in Composite Carbon Source by Gas Chromatography-mass Spectrometry
The methanol and ethanol in the composite carbon source for sewage and wastewater treatment were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and a rapid and efficient detection method was established.In the linear range of 15~160 mg/L,the linear coefficient was greater than 0.999,the recovery rate was 95.2%~98.8%,and the relative standard deviation of repeated determination was less than 2%.This method can accurately detect the mass fraction of methanol and ethanol in the composite carbon source.
