In order to solve the production bottleneck problem of the Spheripol second-generation polypropylene unit,which is the poor operation of the small flash line,the 200 000 t/a polypropylene unit of China Petroleum Dalian Petrochemical Branch analyzed in detail the control process of various process parameters of the small flash line based on the process flow and design principles of the small flash line,as well as the reasons for the blockage of the small flash line,and combined with the actual production situation,Proposed measures for adjusting the smooth operation of the small flash evaporation line and emergency response methods for handling blockages,ensuring the long-term stable operation of the device.
