Catalytic reforming,as an important petroleum refining process,plays a crucial role in the petroleum industry.Aromatic hydrocarbons,as a significant component of petroleum products,not only affect the quality and performance of the products but also have implications for the environment and human health.This paper provides a comprehensive discussion on the catalytic reforming process,including its definition,principles,types of catalysts,and their mechanisms of action.Based on this foundation,the generation mechanism of aromatic hydrocarbons in the catalytic reforming process is further explored.Considering the characteristics of the catalytic reforming process,the impact of this process on the aromatic hydrocarbon content is analyzed.Additionally,optimization strategies for the catalytic reforming process and control strategies for aromatic hydrocarbon content are proposed,aiming to improve the product quality of catalytic reforming.
