适用流程模拟的压缩机模块开发

基于国产化工流程模拟软件开发了压缩机计算模块.首先建立了压缩机的五种数学模型以及求解步骤,然后利用面向对象的C++语言和COM中间件技术开发了压缩机计算模块,最后采用乙烯裂解装置的实际数据对模块计算准确性进行校验.结果表明,五种模型中压缩机功率平均相对偏差为0.43%,压缩机出口物流温度和密度平均相对偏差分别为0.12%和0.02%.模拟结果与工业实际值吻合良好,说明所建立的压缩机计算模块稳定可靠,将对化工流程中气体压缩过程的模拟计算具有重要的指导作用.
Compressor Module Development for Process Simulation
A compressor calculation module was developed based on domestic chemical process simulation software.Firstly,five mathematical models of the compressor and the solution steps were established,then the compressor calculation module was developed by using object-oriented C++language and COM middleware technology,and finally the accuracy of module calculation was checked by using the actual data of ethylene cracking unit.The results showed that the average relative deviations(ARD)of compressor power were 0.43%,and the ARD of compressor outlet material temperature and density were 0.12%and 0.02%,respectively.The simulation results match well with the actual industrial values,which indicated that the established compressor calculation module was stable and reliable,and will play an important guiding role in the simulation calculation of gas compression processes in chemical processes.
