储罐VOCs废气输送及锅炉协同治理的改造实践

通过对某石油煤化厂VOCs综合治理项目的工艺技术和实际运行情况进行分析,阐述VOCs废气带液对气体输送的影响及解决方案,针对本项目出现的问题提出了类似进料条件时储罐尾气气量的考量及排液的解决措施.本项目储罐尾气通过安全对接模块直接送至锅炉焚烧处理[1-3],针对储罐尾气量波动、流速不稳的情况提出了采用喷枪并通过控制喷枪开度稳定废气流速、防止回火的解决措施,为储罐尾气的协同治理技术提供参考.
Transportation of Tank VOCs Exhaust Gas and Practice of Collaborative Treatment by Boiler
By analyzing the process technology and actual operation of VOCs comprehensive treatment project of a petroleum coal chemical plant.The influence of condensate carried by VOCs exhaust gas on gas transportation and its solutions are described.In view of the problems in this project,the paper puts forward the consideration of the exhaust gas volume of the storage tank under similar feeding conditions and the solution measures of liquid discharge.In this project,the exhaust gas of the storage tank is directly sent to the boiler for incineration through the safety docking module.In view of the fluctuation of the exhaust gas volume and the instability of the flow rate of the exhaust gas,the spray gun is used to stabilize the exhaust gas flow rate by controlling the opening degree of the spray gun.It provides a reference for the collaborative treatment technology of tank exhaust gas.
