有机液体罐区VOCs排放计算及治理措施研究

挥发性有机污染物(VOCs)治理技术是油气储运行业的关键技术.以某石化企业32台常压有机液体储罐为研究对象,美国环保署发布的《污染物排放因子文件》评价公式为基础,计算储罐的VOCs损耗量.通过对计算过程、数据的分析,验证了影响挥发性有机物排放量的原因.在此基础之上,分析了后端治理技术的优缺点,提出了 VOCs治理技术措施,为常压液体罐区挥发性有机物的治理提供一定参考.
Research on VOCs Emission Calculation and Control Measures in Organic Liquid Tank Farm
The treatment technology of volatile organic Compounds(VOCs)is a key technology in the oil and gas storage and transportation industry.Taking 32 atmospheric organic liquid storage tanks of a petrochemical enterprise as the research object,the VOCs loss of storage tanks was calculated based on the evaluation formula of Pollutant Emission Factor Document issued by the US Environmental Protection Agency.By analyzing the calculation process and data,the reasons affecting the emission of volatile organic compounds have been verified.On this basis,the advantages and disadvantages of back-end governance technology were analyzed,and VOCs governance measures were proposed,providing a certain reference for the governance of volatile organic compounds in atmospheric liquid tank farm.
