Adjustment and Analysis of Reclaimed Water Chemicals in a Thermal Power Plant
As one of the important sources of industrial water in thermal power plants, the quality of reclaimed water is closely related to the safe and stable operation of the electric power plant units. In order to solve the problem of poor water quality and high hardness in a thermal power plant, the authors adjusts the dosage and dosage order of water treatment chemicals through beaker experiments, and analyzes the relevant water quality indexes to conclude that:under the optimal dosage ratio of chemicals, the removal rate of total hardness and calcium hardness is about 78.7%and 70.1%respectively,the removal rate of alkalinity is about 88.9%,and the removal rate of turbidity is up to 86%,which can effectively enhance the treatment efficiency of water.Coagulation-clarification treatment in accordance with the coagulant+lime+coagulant dosing order achieve better coagulation effect.Calculated water treatment capacity of 1 000 m3/h clarifier discharge of about 14.44 m3/h,dry sludge production of about 287 kg/h,providing reference for the water treatment dosing method.
