摘要
伪造现象层出不穷,对个人和社会经济造成严重的负面影响,开发新型多重防伪材料是解决该问题的有效途径.采用种子生长法制备了不同粒径的二氧化硅微球,通过浸渍提拉法制备了光子晶体结构色薄膜,利用激光刻蚀出图案后,在薄膜中填充丙烯酸酯类光固化聚合物,并引入荧光染料至体系中,最终制备了一种结构色与荧光染料复合的多层反蛋白石结构防伪薄膜.结果表明,结构色薄膜正反两面图案分别显示出不同的颜色,色彩鲜艳、饱和度高,有良好的角度依存性,通过乙醇湿润、紫外光照射等简单方法即可迅速实现图案颜色的变化,且具有良好的可重复性和抗拉伸能力.
Abstract
Counterfeiting phenomena are emerging and causing serious negative impacts on individuals and socio-economics,and the development of new multiple anti-counterfeiting materials is an effective way to solve this problem.Silica microspheres with different particle sizes were prepared by the seed growth method,and photonic crystal structural colour films were prepared by the impregnation lift-off method.After the patterns were etched out by using laser,the films were filled with acrylate light-curing polymers and fluorescent dyes were introduced into the system,and a multilayered inverse opal structural anticounterfeiting film composite of structural colours and fluorescent dyes was finally prepared.The results show that the structural colour film shows different colours on the front and back patterns respectively,with bright and saturated colours,good angle dependence,and the change of pattern colours can be achieved rapidly by simple methods such as ethanol wetting and UV irradiation,and has good reproducibility and tensile resistance.
