钨酸锶微球材料的制备及吸附性能研究

以钨酸钠和氯化锶为原料,水为介质合成出微球材料钨酸锶,并对制备出的钨酸锶微球材料进行了一系列表征;又以微球钨酸锶为吸附剂对亚甲基蓝染液的吸附性能进行了研究。通过改变pH值、投入剂量、溶液初始浓度、温度以及时间等影响因素,对吸附性能进行了比较。采用紫外可见分光光度计对亚甲基蓝染液的吸光度进行测试,通过拟合计算出了吸附量和去除率。结果表明:在溶液pH值为2、投入量为0。25 g、温度为75℃,吸附液浓度为5 mL的条件下,对MB染液的吸附效果最好。
Preparation and Adsorption Properties of Strontium Tungstate Microspheres
Strontium tungstate microspheres were synthesized with sodium tungstate and strontium chloride as raw materials and water as medium,and a series of characterization of the prepared strontium tungstate microspheres were carried out.The adsorption properties of methylene blue dye were studied by using microsphere strontium tungstate as adsorbent.The adsorption properties were compared by changing the influence factors such as pH value,input dose,initial solution concentration,temperature and time.The absorbance of methylene blue dye was measured by ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer.The adsorption capacity and removal rate were calculated by fitting.The results showed that under the conditions of pH value of solution 2,dosage of 0.25 g,temperature of 75 ℃ and concentration of adsorption solution 5 mL,the adsorption effect of MB dye solution was the best.
