Research on Low grade Complex Molybdenum Ore Acid Curing and Heap Leaching Process
In response to the problem that molybdenum minerals in the low-grade complex molybdenum ore of Guyuan 460 are wrapped in fine vein like form by limonite, resulting in serious mud formation after ore crushing,a study was conducted on the dissolution of uranium and molybdenum mineral inclusions by mixing high acid and heating, and the oxidation of molybdenum minerals in a sulfurized state to achieve efficient leaching of difficult to treat uranium molybdenum ore.Furthermore,by adding acid resistant and high-temperature resistant natural adhesive concave convex rods, the problem of poor permeability of the matured ore material due to easy mud formation when encountering water during heap leaching was solved. The optimal maturation conditions determined are:ore particle size-2.5 mm,10%maturation acid dosage,8%binder concave convex rod mixing amount, maturation temperature of 90 ℃,maturation time of 24 h,uranium slag leaching rate of 63.4%,molybdenum slag leaching rate of 75.0%.
