Preparation of LLZTO-G Composite Solid Electrolyte and Research on Solid-State Lithium-Ion Batteries
In this study, lithium lanthanum zirconium tantalum oxide graphene(LLZTO-G)composite materials with different graphene contents were prepared by solid-phase method, and they were combined with polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF-HFP)to form solid electrolytes. The composite solid electrolytes were characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD),and were characterized and analyzed by alternating current impedance spectroscopy(EIS),linear scanning voltammetry(LSV),and chronoamperometry(i-T)Electrochemical performance tests were conducted, mainly exploring the effect of graphene content on the performance of solid-state electrolytes.Research shows that the graphene content in composite materials is 25%,the electrochemical performance of the composite solid electrolyte is optimal, with ion conductivity of 2.46×10-4 at room temperature, oxidation decomposition voltage of 4.6V,and lithium ion migration number of 0.408.The first cycle discharge specific capacity of the prepared solid battery is 157.25 mAh/g,and after stable cycling for 137 cycles, the discharge specific capacity is 152.30 mAh/g,with a capacity retention rate of 96.80%,only a decrease of 3.2%,demonstrating excellent cycling performance.
