Study on Structure and Properties of AAO Film Prepared by Anodic Oxidation Process
Aluminum alloys are widely used in automobile manufacturing, aerospace, and other fields as structural parts and moving parts.Their surface structure and properties have attracted much attention. The anodizing process conditions have an important influence on the pore structure and mechanical properties of the anodic aluminum oxide film.In order to study the structure, mechanical and tribological properties of anodic alumina film, the primary and secondary anodic oxidation and hole expansion treatment of 1060 aluminum alloy were carried out by using 0.3 mol/L oxalic acid solution. The effect of oxidation process conditions on the pore structure of AAO film was analyzed by SEM.The hydrophobicity and tribological properties of different AAO films were studied by contact angle measuring instrument and reciprocating friction tester. The results show that AAO films with different porosity can be prepared by controlling the anodic oxidation process conditions. The secondary anodic oxidation process can increase the pore density and show better wear resistance.
