Research Review in the Preparation of Calcium Sulfate Whiskers from Gypsum Solid Waste of Home Decoration
As people pay attention to the family decoration quality and environmental protection,gypsum material is more and more widely used for its high quality environmental protection property.In the process of disassembly and assembly of decoration materials,a large amount of gypsum solid waste is produced.Timely and effective utilization can not only reduce environmental pollution,but also realize the comprehensive utilization of resources.This paper summarizes the research status and feasibility of preparing calcium sulfate whiskers with gypsum solid waste from the aspects of the types of gypsum materials,the recycling of gypsum solid waste,the problems of the preparation and development suggestions of solid waste.Follow-up research needs to focus on the classification and application of gypsum solid waste,multi-field coupling and collaborative in concentration and purification,and the relationship between recycling structure efficiency and energy efficiency,so as to provide new ideas for the sustainable development of gypsum industry.
