摘要
特种石墨是以沥青焦、石油焦、煤沥青为主要原料制备的碳素材料,是对煤化工、石油化工副产品的再利用,其具有高强度、高密度、高纯度特性.按加工方式可分为模压、挤压和等静压石墨.随着我国半导体、锂电、光伏、太阳能、核电等产业的快速发展,特种石墨的市场需求将得到进一步拉升.文章对特种石墨的分类、生产流程、应用领域、市场需求及相关产业政策进行阐述,对特种石墨相关从业者提供参考.
Abstract
Special graphite is a carbon material prepared with pitch coke,petroleum coke and coal pitch as the main raw materials.It is a deep processing and reuse of waste slag in petrochemical and coal chemical industries.It has high strength,high density and high purity characteristics.According to the processing method,it can be divided into molding,extrusion and isostatic pressing graphite.With the rapid development of China's semiconductor,lithium,photovoltaic,solar,nuclear power and other industries,the market demand for special graphite will show rapid growth.This paper expounds the classification,production process,application fields,market demand and related industrial policies of special graphite,and provides reference for special graphite related practitioners.
