Determination of Seven Organic Nitrogen Pesticides in Fruits and Vegetables by Liquid Chromatography with H-NiO/Co@C Magnetic Dispersion Solid Phase Extraction
A new method for the determination of seven organic nitrogen pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables, including isoprocarb,carbofuran,atrazine,thiophanate-methyl,carbofuran,etofenprox,and imidacloprid, has been developed by using a novel H-NiO/Co@C magnetic nanocomposite material of self-developed type as a magnetic dispersive solid-phase extraction agent in conjunction with HPLC,and it is a new method with high performance. And by optimizing the extraction conditions such as adsorbent dosage, extraction temperature, extraction time, and oscillation rate, the optimal detection conditions were determined. The results showed that the linear range for detecting 7 types of OPNs under optimized conditions was 0.21~600 μg/L;The detection limit is 0.03~0.18 μg/L;The relative standard deviation is 5.3%~10.5%;The enrichment factor can reach 42~126 times.
