H-NiO/Co@C磁性分散固相萃取液相色谱法测定果蔬中的7种有机氮农药

以自制新型H-NiO/Co@C磁性MOFs材料作为MDSPE剂,与HPLC联用,建立一种快速、环保、灵敏的果蔬中异丙威、克百威、莠去津、甲基硫菌灵、克螨隆、乙霉威、吡虫啉等OPNs残留测定的新方法.并通过对吸附剂用量、萃取温度、萃取时间、震荡速率等萃取条件进行优化,确定了最佳检测条件.结果显示,优化条件下检测7种OPNs的线性范围为0.21~600 µg/L;检出限为0.03~0.18 μg/L;相对标准偏差为5.3%~10.5%;富集倍数可达到42~126倍.
Determination of Seven Organic Nitrogen Pesticides in Fruits and Vegetables by Liquid Chromatography with H-NiO/Co@C Magnetic Dispersion Solid Phase Extraction
A new method for the determination of seven organic nitrogen pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables,including isoprocarb,carbofuran,atrazine,thiophanate-methyl,carbofuran,etofenprox,and imidacloprid,has been developed by using a novel H-NiO/Co@C magnetic nanocomposite material of self-developed type as a magnetic dispersive solid-phase extraction agent in conjunction with HPLC,and it is a new method with high performance.And by optimizing the extraction conditions such as adsorbent dosage,extraction temperature,extraction time,and oscillation rate,the optimal detection conditions were determined.The results showed that the linear range for detecting 7 types of OPNs under optimized conditions was 0.21~600 μg/L;The detection limit is 0.03~0.18 μg/L;The relative standard deviation is 5.3%~10.5%;The enrichment factor can reach 42~126 times.
