Simultaneous Determination of 47 Anti-infective Drugs in Cosmetics by UPLC-MS/MS
To simultaneous determine 47 kinds of anti-infective drugs in cosmetics with three matrix types(water,emulsion,cream)by ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The sample was dispersed by saturated sodium chloride,and then was ultrasonically extracted with methanol.And each component was quantified by an external standard curve with matrix.The results:47 kinds of anti-infective drugs showed good linear relationships in their respective linear concentration ranges.The limits of detection(LODs)were 0.02~0.47 μg/kg,and the limits of quantitation(LOQs)were 0.10~2.37 μg/kg.The average recoveries at three spiked levels were 80.7%~119.8%,with the relative standard deviations(RSD)not greater than 10.0%.This method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,high response,accuracy and reliability.It can be used for the rapid and accurate qualitative screening and quantitative determination of 47 anti-infective drugs in cosmetics.
