Determination of Iron Content in Ganodermalucidum by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry with Different Wet Digestion Systems
Toconstruct a mixed acid digestion systemfor determingFe content in Ganoderma lucidum.The content of Fewas determinedusing atomicabsorption spectrophotometrymethod.The digestion ofGanodermalucidumfruitbody is based on nitric acid-Perchloric acid,with the Fecontent as the indicator,themixed acid digestion systems of different types and volume ratioswre optimized,and wet digestion of Ganodermalucidum and Ganodermalucidum to obtain the optimal mixed acid system for the digestion of Fe.According to the experimental results,at a concentration of 2.00 μg/L to 10.00 µg/L,theformulaof Festandard working curveis Y=0.017 6X+0.005 3,R2=0.999 4.In the system with a mixed acid volume ratio of V(HNO3)∶V(HClO4)∶V(H2O2)=8∶1∶2,the Fecontent inGanodermasinenseis 90.32 μg/g,and 86.25 μg/g in Ganodermalucidum,the RSD is 2.43%and 2.18%respectively.
