目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定复方四维女贞子胶囊中维生素B1和维生素B6的含量。方法:采用C18(4。6 mm×250 mm,5 µm)色谱柱,以乙腈-庚烷磺酸钠溶液(0。32 g庚烷磺酸钠,加水800 mL溶解,加三乙胺2 mL,冰醋酸10 mL,加水稀释至1 000 mL)(体积比7:93)为流动相,流速:1。0 mL/min,检测波长:274 nm,柱温为40 ℃,进样体积10 μL。结果:维生素B,在0。498 8~99。76 μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程Y=12 976x-2 190。4(R2=1);维生素B6在0。482 2~96。44 μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程Y=11 071x+1 567(R2=1);维生素B1回收率为100。76%(n=9),RSD为0。7%;维生素B6回收率为99。51%(n=9),RSD为0。8%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,为复方四维女贞子胶囊中维生素B1和维生素B6的含量测定提供了科学的测定方法。
Simultaneously Detecting of Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B6 in Compound four-Dimensional Ligustrine Capsule
Objective:To establish the method of simultaneously detecting of vitamin B1 and vitamin B6 in compound four-dimensional Ligustrine capsule by HPLC.Methods:Chromatographic analysis was performed on chromatographic column of C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 µm)with mobile phase of acetonitrile-sodium heptane sulfonate solution(0.32 g sodium heptane sulfonate,add 800 mL water to dissolve,add 2 mL triethylamine,10 mL acetic acid,dilute with water to 1 000 mL)(7:93).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min with the detection wavelength at 274 nm and the colum temperature at 40 ℃.The injection volume is 10 µL.Results:Vitamin B1 has a good linear relationship in the range of 0.498 8~99.76 µg,and the regression equation Y=12 976x-2190.4(R2=1);Vitamin B6 has a good linear relationship in the range of 0.482 2~96.44 µg,and the regression equation Y=11071x+1 567(R2=1).The recovery rate of Vitamin B1 was 100.76%,and relative standard deviation(RSD)was 0.7%(n=9),Vitamin B6 was 99.51%,and relative standard deviation(RSD)was 0.8%(n=9).Conclusion:The method of HPLC is simple,rapid and accurate,and it's a scientific method for the determination of vitamin B1 and vitamin B6 in compound four-dimension Ligustrum capsule.
