摘要

建立高效液相色谱-酰胺基色谱柱HILIC模式,对人参口服液进行含量测定.采用Venusil HILIC为色谱柱(4.5 mm×250 mm),以水和乙腈为流动相进行等度洗脱,建立数学模型,分析整个测定流程.结果表明,人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rb1在10.0~500μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r2)均大于0.999 8,系统精密度实验R.SD分别为1.01%,1.21%,1.05%,三种人参皂苷的回收率均较好.研究为人参口服液中人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rb1的检测提供参考和借鉴.

Abstract

The hilic model of high performance liquid chromatography-amide column was established to determine the content of ginseng oral liquid.The chromatographic column was Venusil HILIC(4.5 mm×250 mm).Equalt elution was performed with water and acetonitrile as mobile phase.By establishing a mathematical model,the whole process of measurement was analyzed.The result showed that,Ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rg1,and ginsenoside Rb1 had good linear relationships in the range of 10.0~500 µg/mL,and the correlation coefficients(r2)were all greater than 0.999 8,RSD of precision experiments were 1.01%,1.21%and 1.05%,respectively.The recovery rate of the three ginsenosides were good.This study provided reference for the detection of ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb1 in ginseng oral liquid.
