摘要
建立了用高效液相色谱仪测定反应液中关键中间体7-氨基-3-[(1-甲基四氢吡咯)甲基]-3-头孢-4-羧酸盐酸盐残留含量的分析方法,能够更好地控制盐酸头孢吡肟合成过程中的反应终点,及时进行下步工艺操作.经过验证,该方法具有较好的专属性、精密度和耐用性,操作简单,重复性好,可为盐酸头孢吡肟中间体7-MPCA残留检测提供试验依据.
Abstract
To establish an High-performance liquid chromatography method for the residual content determination of Cefepime Hydrochloride Intermeidiate(R,R)-7-amino-3-(1-methylpyrrolidinio)methyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylate hychloride content in reaction fluid,the reaction end point of cefepime hydrochloride synthesis process can be better controlled,and the subsequent process operation can be carried out.This established method is simple,specific,Precision,durability and good repeatability,which can be used to determine the residual content of 7-MPCA in the reaction fluid.
