样品经三氯甲烷萃取、浓缩、定容后,采用气相色谱-质谱法测定地表水中28种有机磷农药.地表水中28种目标物的检出限范围为0.2~0.4 µg/L,测定下限的范围为0.8~2.4 μg/L,相对标准偏差为2.4%~12.8%,均小于15%.28种目标物低浓度的加标回收率范围为56.6%~116%.表明采用该方法对地表水中的28种有机磷农药进行测定时,方法检出限、精密度和准确度都能够达到标准方法《HJ 1189-2021水质有机磷的测定气相色谱-质谱法》的要求.
Determination of 28 Organophosphorus Pesticides in Surface Water by GC-MS
The samples were extracted,concentrated and concentrated with trichloromethane,and then gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was used for the determination of 28 organophosphorus pesticides in surface water.The limits of detection(LODs)were in the range of 0.2-0.4 ug/L,the lower limits of detection(LLODs)were in the range of 0.8~2.4 ug/L,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were in the range of 2.4%~12.8%,which were less than 15%.The recoveries of the 28 pesticides at the low concentrations of the pesticides were in the range of 56.6%~116%.The results showed that the method can meet the requirements of the standard method"HJ 1189-2021 Water quality-Determination of 28 organophosphorus pesticides-Gas chromatography mass spectrometry"in terms of limit of detection,precision and accuracy for the determination of 28 organophosphorus pesticides in surface water.
