Determination of 28 Organophosphorus Pesticides in Surface Water by GC-MS
The samples were extracted,concentrated and concentrated with trichloromethane,and then gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was used for the determination of 28 organophosphorus pesticides in surface water.The limits of detection(LODs)were in the range of 0.2-0.4 ug/L,the lower limits of detection(LLODs)were in the range of 0.8～2.4 ug/L,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were in the range of 2.4％～12.8％,which were less than 15％.The recoveries of the 28 pesticides at the low concentrations of the pesticides were in the range of 56.6％～116％.The results showed that the method can meet the requirements of the standard method"HJ 1189-2021 Water quality-Determination of 28 organophosphorus pesticides-Gas chromatography mass spectrometry"in terms of limit of detection,precision and accuracy for the determination of 28 organophosphorus pesticides in surface water.
