摘要
对典型的500万t/a的燃料-润滑油型炼厂全厂碳排核算,分析了该厂碳排特征;该厂催化裂化装置、常减压蒸馏装置和制氢装置是主要CO2排放源;工业过程排放中催化烧焦排放、制氢尾气排放占比61%,是该炼厂主要的碳排类型;润滑油产品的单位产品碳排放低于成品油的单位产品碳排放.根据碳排放特征,分析了全厂减碳潜力及降低碳措施:通过燃气轮机改造,提高锅炉汽轮机效率;优化催化装置原料,减少催化生焦;减少成品油比重,增产润滑油等油品.
Abstract
This paper presents a carbon footprint assessment of a typical fuel-lubricant refinery,analyzing its carbon emission characteristics.The primary sources of CO2 emissions is from the catalytic cracking unit's catalytic coking and hydrogen production unit exhaust gases.The carbon emissions per unit of lubricant products are lower than those of fuel products.Based on these emission characteristics,the paper analyzes the overall carbon reduction potential of the refinery and proposes measures to mitigate carbon emissions.
