胜利油田油气开发走在全国前列,中石化从确定油田开发战略之日起,便牢固树立环保开发理念,高标准要求施工现场环保管理,在油田"绿色"开发实践中形成了以钻井清洁化生产主艺(包括清污分流、泥浆不落地、随钻实时处理)、钻井岩屑资源化利用、压裂返排液循环利用、钻机油改电、钻井环保工艺以及平台化井场("井工厂")等为核心的技术体系,这些技术为国内油气田绿色开发积累了宝贵的经验.
Abstract
The oil and gas development of Shengli Oilfield is at the forefront of the country.Since the determination of the oilfield development strategy,Sinopec has firmly established the concept of environmental protection development,required high standards for construction site environmental management,and formed the main technology of clean drilling production(including clean and dirty water diversion,mud not falling to the ground,and real-time treatment while drilling),the resource utilization of drilling cuttings,the circulation and utilization of fracturing backflow fluid,and the conversion of drilling oil to electricity in the practice of"green"oilfield development The core technology system includes drilling environmental protection technology and platform based well sites("well factories"),which have accumulated valuable experience for the green development of domestic oil and gas fields.
