Research on Fault Diagnosis and Preventive Maintenance Strategies of Rotating Equipment
This paper aims to study fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance strategies for rotating equipment in petrochemical enterprises,in order to improve the reliability and safety of equipment operation,reduce the incidence of production accidents,and promote the improvement of production efficiency and economic benefits.Chapter one introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research.Chapter 2 systematically discusses the fault classification and diagnosis methods of rotating equipment,covering common fault types such as abnormal vibration,lubrication problems,and bearing damage,and introduces diagnostic methods such as vibration analysis,infrared thermal imaging,and sound diagnosis.Chapter 3 emphasizes the importance of preventive maintenance strategies in petrochemical enterprises and discusses the concept,significance and necessity of implementation of preventive maintenance.Chapter 4 analyzes the cases of rotating equipment failures in petrochemical enterprises through empirical.
