摘要
针对当前LNG接收站的火灾和气体检测系统存在的问题,分析了当前方案的标准规范和监管要求的符合性,结合监管规定、标准规范要求、工程实施方面综合分析研究,总结出一套火气系统拆分后的可燃气体和有毒气体检测报警系统、火灾报警系统的设计方案,能够符合当前实施的新的安全和消防技术标准,满足国家相关监管要求,为国内LNG接收站的火气系统的设计提供了参考.
Abstract
In response to the problems existing in the fire and gas detection system of the current LNG receiving station,this paper analyzes the compliance of the current plan's standard specifications and regulatory requirements.Combining regulatory regulations,standard specification requirements,and engineering implementation,a comprehensive analysis and research is conducted to summarize a design scheme for a combustible gas and toxic gas detection and alarm system and a fire alarm system after the split of the fire and gas system.It can comply with the new safety and fire protection technical standards currently implemented,meet relevant national regulatory requirements,and provide reference for the design of fire and gas systems in domestic LNG receiving stations.
