Application of Amino Acid-Based Deep Eutectic Solvents in the Course of Chemical Engineering Specialty Experiment and Graduate Writing
A comprehensive design experiment on the physical and chemical properties of amino acid type deep eutectic solvents was completed for the project of chemical engineering and technology major experimental and graduate writing of University of Science and Technology Liaoning.The alanine-glycol type deep eutectic solvent was prepared by using ethylene glycol as hydrogen bond donor and alanine as hydrogen bond acceptor.The physicochemical properties were studied by conductivity meter,thermogravimeter,viscometer,differential scanning calorimeter and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer.The results show that the prepared alanine-ethylene glycol deep eutectic solvent has good thermal stability and physicochemical properties.This kind of basic research is suitable for the reform of the teaching content and teaching method of chemical engineering specialty and graduate writing course.
