摘要
为贯彻、落实以安全为首、以预防为主、综合治理的安全生产策略,对某化工企业2-乙烯氧基乙氧基丙烯酸乙酯项目进行安全评价工作.该项目评价的范围包括项目地点的选择、总图布置项目整体规划、项目的生产工艺及设备设施,以及项目涉及的公用工程和辅助设施等.最终的安全评价结果表明,通过实施合适的环境保护和安全生产策略,项目的风险可以得到有效的控制,并且在建成投产后能够安全运行.本文以此项目为例展开分析,以期为类似项目的安全评价工作提供一定的参考.
Abstract
In order to implement the work safety policies of"Safety first,Prevention-oriented,Comprehensive management",safety assessment on 2-(2-ethenoxyethoxy)ethyl prop-2-enoate in a chemical company was conducted.The scope of evaluation includes project site selection,general layout,production process and equipment facilities,public works and auxiliary facilities,and so on.The final assessment results indicate that the risk level of the project can be effectively controlled and it can operate safely after completion and production by implementing appropriate environmental protection and safety production measures.
