浅谈地下消防GRE管道施工的管控要点

摘要
为了解决在后期生产运行中,地下消防GRE管道经常出现的漏水而导致的消防管网压力不稳定及稳压泵过于频繁启动等问题,通过以某LNG项目GRE管道施工管理经验为基础,结合目前国内其他LNG项目的GRE管道应用实例,分析总结出一系列影响GRE管道施工质量的相关因素,并在施工阶段对这一系列的影响因素逐个制定对策解决.
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of unstable pressure in the fire protection pipeline network and frequent start of the stabilizing pump caused by the frequent leakage of GRE pipelines in the later production and operation of underground fire protection GRE pipelines,based on the experience of GRE pipeline construction management in a certain LNG project,combined with the application examples of GRE pipelines in other domestic LNG projects,a series of relevant factors affecting the construction quality of GRE pipelines are analyzed and summarized,and countermeasures are formulated to solve these factors one by one during the construction phase.
