复方玫瑰抗焦虑纳米微胶囊香水的制备及评价

目的:以环糊精为壁材,复方玫瑰花精油为芯材制备纳米微胶囊香水,并对其进行评价。方法:采用饱和水溶液法制备抗焦虑纳米微胶囊,对所制备的纳米胶囊进行包封率测定。利用洞板试验对抗焦虑效果进行评价。通过感官评价和释放试验对留香时间进行评价。结果:复方玫瑰抗焦虑纳米微胶囊的最佳制备工艺为:制备温度70℃,芯壁比为1:5,均质速度为12 kr/min。根据最佳制备工艺制备得到的复方玫瑰抗焦虑纳米微胶囊对复方玫瑰精油的包合率为60。0%±2。8%,粒径为(738±5。8)nm。洞板试验表明抗焦虑纳米微胶囊对小鼠的焦虑情绪有缓解作用,且留香时间较普通香水长。结论:本研究所制备的复方玫瑰抗焦虑纳米微胶囊香水留香时间显著得到提升,且具有良好地缓解焦虑情绪的效果,为长效香水以及新型抗焦虑纳米微胶囊香水的研发提供了新思路。
Preparation and Evaluation of Compound Rose Anti-anxiety Nano Microcapsule Perfume
Objective:To prepare nano-microcapsule perfume with cyclodextrin as the wall material and compound rose essential oil as the core material,and to evaluate it.Methods:The anxiolytic nanocapsules were prepared by saturated aqueous solution method,and the encapsulation efficiency of the prepared nanocapsules was measured.The hole-board test was used to evaluate the anti-anxiety effect.The duration of incense retention was evaluated by sensory evaluation and release tests.Results:The optimal preparation process of compound rose anti-anxiety nano-microcapsules was 70 ℃,the core/wall ratio was 1:5,and the homogenization speed was 12 kr/min.The inclusion rate of compound rose essential oil was 60.0%±2.8%,and the particle size of compound rose anti-anxiety nano-microcapsules was(738±5.8)nm.The results of hole plate test showed that the anti-anxiety nano-microcapsules had a relief effect on the anxiety of mice,and the fragrance retention time was longer than that of ordinary perfume.Conclusions:The anti-anxiety nano-microcapsules of compound rose prepared in this study can significantly improve the retention time and relieve anxiety,which provides a new idea for the development of long-acting perfume and new anti-anxiety nano-microcapsules perfume.
