白云石卤化法制备氢氧化镁的研究

阻燃剂型氢氧化镁由白云石煅烧、消化后与卤水沉淀反应得到,探究煅烧温度、氯化镁浓度、陈化时间、反应温度等因素对产物氢氧化镁纯度的影响。然后采用热重差热分析(TG-DTA)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)对产物氢氧化镁进行表征测试。实验结果表明:煅烧温度为960 ℃,氯化镁浓度为1。0 mol/L,陈化时间为1。5 h,反应温度为60 ℃,可得到纯度为81。29%的氢氧化镁制品。
Study on Magnesium Hydroxide Preparation of Magnesium Chloride Dolomite and Its Application
The flame retardant magnesium hydroxide is calcined and digested with brine precipitation to obtain the product magnesium hydroxide,to explore the influence of calcination temperature,concentration of magnesium chloride,aging time,reaction temperature factors on the purity of product magnesium hydroxide.Then the product magnesium hydroxide was characterized by thermal weight difference thermal analysis(TG-DTA),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The experimental results show that the calcination temperature is 960 ℃,the concentration of magnesium chloride is 1.0 mol/L,the aging time is 1.5 h,the reaction temperature is 60 ℃,and the magnesium hydroxide products with a purity of 81.29%can be obtained.
