摘要
根据原材料理化性能、产品制备工艺和技术要求对含氯消毒剂优化设计,并对泡腾消毒片的崩解时间、有效氯含量、pH值、稳定性、金属腐蚀性等理化性能、杀灭微生物性能以及皮肤刺激性进行测试和评价.各项测试结果符合《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)标准要求和GB/T 36758-2018《含氯消毒剂卫生要求》.
Abstract
Based on the physical and chemical properties of raw materials,product preparation processes,and technical requirements,chlorine containing disinfectants were optimized and designed.The physical and chemical properties,microbial killing performance,and skin irritation of effervescent disinfectant tablets were tested and evaluated,including disintegration time,effective chlorine content,pH value,stability,metal corrosiveness,etc.All test results comply with the requirements of the disinfection technical specification(2002 edition)and GB/T 36758-2018 hygienic requirements for chlorinated disinfectants.
